With over 25 years of expertise as a live event producer, I specialize in delivering medium to large-scale events with precision, excellence, and creativity. My expertise includes extensive client pre-coordination, meticulous session planning, detailed cue sheet development, speaker and artist support, and innovative room and stage designs. I manage all aspects of production coordination, including production company selection, team and gear selection, backline advancement, as well as talent booking, and venue management. Conducting site visits and coordinating creative and technical program elements are key components of my role.

My focus on audience engagement, budget management, and post-event evaluation ensures every event runs smoothly. My collaborative approach and extensive experience in creative coordination, labor management, and team leadership contribute to successful events across various sectors. • Producing and directing general sessions for the five-day event in December of 2025 for six thousand college-age students and young adults.
• Responsible for all aspects of general sessions, artist and speaker selection, production, stage design, and overall program development support.

• Produced events for this diverse leadership organization, including LEADNYC, in 2021 and 2023.
• Managed multiple live stream feeds, program development, production selection, and event live calling.
• Produced a three-day Pastor Prayer Summit in 2023.

• Assisted with five President’s Meetings/Gatherings, coordinating all general sessions.
• Worked with the creative agency to tell Compassion's story through visual and video content.
• Oversaw production, coordinated with the venue, stage design, program development, and advanced coordination with multiple national speakers and artists. Developed detailed run sheets.

• Executive Pastor of Weekend Experience.
• Oversaw all aspects of the creative experience, including production, broadcast, worship, communications, creative design, video, digital strategies, and marketing.
• Helped the church grow from 5,000 to over 10,000 attendees with six campuses, a significant online presence, and a prison campus.
• Led a team of 28 staff, contractors, and hundreds of volunteers.

• Assisted with program development, oversaw production, coordinated with the venue, created a detailed run of the show, and produced/directed all general sessions.
